The Cheesemonger’s Choice 5 is a curated deep-dive into flavour, texture, and timing. Five cheeses, each selected at its peak by the mongers at Cornelius. You’ll always get contrast—soft, firm, washed, aged, blue—but never predictability. This is a box built for people who want to taste the range of milk, microflora, and method.
Each week’s selection is different. One box might feature a wrinkly goat cheese with citrus twang, a supple Reblochon-style with barnyard bloom, a nutty clothbound cheddar, a sticky washed rind, and a blue so rich it practically pours. Another might lean alpine, or seasonal, or into new wave Australian brilliance. The logic is flavour, not style.
You’ll receive:
A minimum of 750g of cheese (often more)
A fruit paste or compote, paired to cut or complement
Crackers, either standard or gluten-free (your choice)
Ideal for gifting, entertaining, or going long with a good bottle and the right people.

Delivery (Fridays Only – $30 Flat Rate)
We deliver every Friday across most of Victoria via refrigerated courier.
Delivery is $30 per address
Orders close Wednesday 9am for that week’s delivery
Orders after the cutoff are delivered the following Friday
Delivery window: 6am–9pm with SMS tracking and proof of delivery

🚫 No interstate delivery.
🔐 Someone must be available to receive the delivery. For secure buildings or gates, ensure access or delivery will fail. If a redelivery is required, it will cost 90% of your original order value.
Hot Weather Policy
On days above 25°C, all quality issues must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery.
On cooler days: you have 2 hours. Refrigerate immediately on arrival. If the cheese feels warm, contact us within your time window.
Storage & Serving
Refrigerate cheese immediately (2–4°C ideal)
Bring to room temperature 1 hour before serving
Consume within 7 days of delivery for best flavour
Opened soft cheeses: eat within 7 days
Follow the 2-hour / 4-hour rule for food safety

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel or change by Wednesday 9am
No changes after the cutoff
