Matt’s teaming up with Tristan Maclean from Elgee Park to guide you through their wine range, expertly matched with cheeses sourced from near and far. Expect a relaxed, open discussion on why certain cheeses sing alongside particular varietals — and how when done well, that pairing lifts both the wine and the cheese to something special.

You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Elgee Park Cuvée Brut, paired beautifully with cheese to start the afternoon off right. From there, we’ll take you through a further wine and cheese pairings, with the chance to order your favourites at a little discount on the day.
