Terms and Conditions

  • Your subscription payment will be taken on the first of the month.

  • If you select delivery, all cheeses are delivered via our refrigerated delivery service. Please click the document here to see if you postcode is available.

  • Cheese will be sent the third week of the month, although this timing could change at the discretion of Cornelius Cheesemongers. Clubbers will be notified the month before if delivery timings change. Public Holidays may cause changes.

  • Cheese will be able to be picked up from The Cheese Cave Retail Store in Brunswick (10-16 Syme Street, Brunswick) the third week of each month, during opening hours.

  • Enewsletters are sent each month advising of the delivery dates, and pick up times.

  • Note that you are committing to a minimum 12 month subscription (From Jan 2022, until December 2022).

  • Cheese Club - One Cheese includes at least 150 g of cheese, plus condiment and is a pick up only option.

  • Cheese Club - Three Cheeses includes at least 450 g of cheese, plus condiment, tasting notes and wine match recommendation.

  • Cheese Club + Booze includes at least 150 g of cheese, plus condiment, tasting notes and booze option.

  • Cheese Club + Booze includes at least 450 g of cheese, plus condiment, tasting notes and booze option.

  • BOOZE: And how much booze do you get? One of the below options each month

    • Spirits + Pre-Mix Cocktails - at least 100 mL bottle

    • Wine - 750 mL bottle

    • Beer - Either a two pack of cans or 750 mL long neck

  • All Clubbers that select Pick Up, will be required to pick up your cheese from 10-16 Syme Street, Brunswick, or Tallarida Winery & Vineyard at 148 Browns Road, Boneo, Victoria at our nominated time and dates (this will be the same timeframe as the monthly Cheese Club deliveries). If you cannot pick up your cheese, please communicate this prior to the monthly delivery dates, and we can arrange another time.

  • We cannot suspend/refund Cheese Club* throughout the subscription, although we can defer to another address if you cannot receive your cheese (i.e. if you go on holidays). *Please let us know if there is an issue through hardship and we will certainly amending your subscription.

  • If Cheese Club is not delivered within the nominated timeframe, the onus is on the recipient to notify Cornelius Cheesemongers immediately and we will investigate the delivery.

  • Cheese is a perishable item. Once delivered, it must be refrigerated.
