Espresso, cold-drip, percolated, infused...this event will take place at brunch-time. Four coffees matched with six cheese bites, represented in the style of a brunch.  

This event will take you through how cheeses match with coffee, giving you a solid understanding of applying this knowledge in future. You will also take away with you a better understanding of your own cheese taste profile.

All major cheese groups will be discussed, including fresh curd, surfaced-ripened, washed and smear ripened, hard cheese and grana, semi-firm and blue.
