Please note: If you live in a SECURE APARTMENT BUILDING, we ask that you have the goods delivered to you either at work or to someone who will be home, as we cannot guarantee that Australia Post’s Parcel Service will leave the goods, they cannot access your secure post boxes like your normal postie can. If you have any further questions about delivery, or would like some extra advise, just let us know!

Expedited and express delivery
We can arrange delivery windows, next flight and express orders. Fees will apply.
All orders can be picked up from our Brunswick location. Please contact us to arrange a time.
Liability + Returns
Our drivers cannot call on arrival.
Authority to Leave: Orders are authorised to be left at your nominated address without a signature. Orders are left in the safest secure location, although please include details and we will do our best to adhere to these directions. We use majority third-party suppliers for our deliveries. If you live in a secure apartment building, we suggest that you have the good delivered to you either at work or to someone who will be home, as sometimes Australia Post Parcel Service will not leave the goods.
Address, phone number & email address: We cannot be held responsible for missed delivery due to inaccuracy.
Cheese is highly perishable: Cheese and perishable products are non returnable, we always recommend that there is someone to accept the goods at the other end of delivery.
Cornelius Cheesemongers offers no further warranties other than those offered under consumer law.
