Origin: Champagne, France

Style: Surface Ripened, Cow Milk

The cheese is slightly crumbly with a layer of soft paste just under the rind. Hints of toasted brioche and a little vegemite on the nose. The cheese is mildly sweet and creamy, with good salt character. Matches well with Champagne Naturally but also Red Wines from Burgundy or Pinot Noir.
